Camp Daniel Vacations - Tundra Lodge Reservation

Join us for a fun and relaxing Camp Daniel Vacation at Tundra Lodge, April 17-19, 2026! This weekend getaway is an opportunity for families and friends to enjoy time together at the water park while also participating in Camp Daniel–hosted meals and activities.


Camp Daniel has reserved a block of rooms at Tundra Lodge and will be facilitating group gatherings throughout the weekend. Whether you come as a family, a couple, or with friends, this is a great way to experience fellowship, fun, and a change of pace together.


What Your Reservation Includes


Each room reservation includes:

  • A Double Queen Suite (2 queen beds + 1 pull-out couch)

  • Four (4) water park passes per room

  • Saturday morning breakfast (provided by Camp Daniel)

  • Saturday evening dinner (provided by Camp Daniel)

  • Sunday morning breakfast (provided by Camp Daniel)

  • Access to Camp Daniel–led activities, crafts, and gathering space throughout the day on Saturday


Important Notes

  • There is a two-night minimum stay.

  • Saturday lunch is on your own (concessions are available in the water park).

  • Payment for your room and event fees is made to Camp Daniel through this form. Camp Daniel will handle payment to Tundra Lodge on behalf of the group.

  • Upon arrival, you will check in directly with the hotel and provide your own credit card for incidental expenses (room service, damages, etc.).

  • Each room includes four water park passes. Additional passes may be purchased directly from Tundra lodge if more than four guests will be staying in the room.

Assumption of Personal Responsibility, & Release and Waiver of Liability

By registering for Camp Daniel Vacations – Tundra Lodge, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 
  1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk. I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel, lodging, use of the water park and related facilities, participation in recreational activities, food service, and group gatherings. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, loss, damage, or death that may arise from my participation, or the participation of any minor(s) listed under my reservation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
  2. Responsibility for Minor Participants. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor(s) included in this reservation, or that I have authority to act on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for their supervision, conduct, safety, and well-being throughout the duration of the event. 
  3. Release and Waiver of Liability. On behalf of myself and any minor(s) listed under this reservation, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Camp Daniel, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with participation in Camp Daniel Vacations – Tundra Lodge, including any injuries, losses, or damages sustained. This release includes claims arising from ordinary negligence but does not apply to acts of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  4. Third-Party Facilities. I understand that Tundra Lodge and its water park are independently owned and operated facilities. Camp Daniel is serving solely as an event organizer and room-block facilitator. Camp Daniel does not own, operate, or control the hotel, water park, or their staff, and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of those third-party entities. I understand that I may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions directly with Tundra Lodge upon check-in.
  5. Medical Responsibility. I understand that Camp Daniel does not provide medical insurance, medical services, or medication management for participants during this event. Participants are fully responsible for bringing, administering, and properly managing their own medications. In the event of illness or injury, I authorize appropriate medical treatment for myself and any minor(s) included in this reservation and accept full responsibility for any associated medical costs, including emergency care, transportation, and treatment.
  6. Camp Daniel Photo Authorization Release. I grant permission for Camp Daniel to photograph or record participants during the event and to use such images for promotional or ministry purposes unless I notify Camp Daniel in writing prior to the event.
